All Western Digital photos are provided in jpeg file format (*.jpg) in both high resolution (300 dots per inch) and low resolution (72 dots per inch). Most web browsers will automatically display a jpeg file on your screen. To download a jpeg file, position your mouse pointer over the desired link and right mouse click, then choose "Save Link As" (Mozilla) or "Save Target As" (Explorer) to copy to a local drive.
